For Custom Clothing It will take 20-25 working days to tailor your clothing after order confirmed.Expedited shipping(TNT,DHL,UPS,FEDEX) will take 3-5 working days to your destination.


For Stock Clothing It will take about 3-5 working days to deal with your clothing after order confirmed.Expedited shipping(TNT,DHL,UPS,FEDEX) will take 3-5 working days to your destination.


P.O. Boxes
We're so sorry for any inconvenience, but we are unable to ship clothing to P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for any undeliverable clothing
orders placed with a P.O. Box shipping address.


Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number. You can track your order on the specific website by yourself.


Customs Taxes

Normally, our customers would not be charged tariffs. However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. As per our policy, customers need to afford the tariffs, so please contact the local customs office to get your parcel first. If you do not, there is a high possibility that your parcel be destroyed but not returned.


Additional Fee

The shipping fee you paid to us is only to cover the postage, handling, additional services not available such as address change and reship the package.

*Please make sure the address you left on our website is right ,this is important. After we ship out the package, we don't support to change the address any more. If you still need to change the address, the fee need to be paid on your side.

*The reasons why you don't receive the package in time:
1) Wrong or incomplete address
2) Invalid phone number
3) No one at home
